Respond to calls, tickets or chats in an urgent, timely manner.
Troubleshoot client issues.
Follow-up with clients on open issues.
Keep excellent records of all interactions with clients in our support software application (Zendesk).
Show initiative in learning the AppointmentPlus software.
Minimum 2-years of technical support experience
Ability to speak English in a clear, understandable manner (you- ll be dealing mostly with US-based clients).
Excellent English grammar skills.
Strong people skills.
Solid technical acumen.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to work US Pacific Time hours.
Ability to be on-call after-hours at times.
