Position overview
The Technical Support Rep position is a key position in ensuring our clients are happy and that our churn stays low. In this position, you’ll take incoming support calls, answer support tickets and assist with chat. You’ll be expected to interact with clients in a professional, friendly, empathetic and helpful manner. We are proud of our high customer satisfaction ratings and we’d like you to help us to get them even higher!

Responsibilities
Respond to calls, tickets or chats in an urgent, timely manner.
Troubleshoot client issues.
Follow-up with clients on open issues.
Keep excellent records of all interactions with clients in our support software application (Zendesk).
Show initiative in learning the AppointmentPlus software.

Requirements
Minimum 2-years of technical support experience
Ability to speak English in a clear, understandable manner (you’ll be dealing mostly with US-based clients).
Excellent English grammar skills.
Strong people skills.
Solid technical acumen.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to be on-call after-hours at times.

Location
AppointmentPlus India – Hyderabad, India office

Work Timings:
Monday, Thursday : 1 PM to 10 PM
Tuesday, Wed, Fri : 8 AM to 5 PM
