Role of selected candidate is Technical Support Associate
Freshers should have good technical skills
Freshers should have good communication skills in English with good fluency
For selected candidates job location is Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad or Noida
Good knowledge on Connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN is required
Good Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting
Should be ready to work on rotational shifts
