Job Description & Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Basic Knowledge in ISP (Internet Service Provider).
Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues.
Flexible to working in shifts.
Can join Immediately.
As a command center officer you would get exposure to Call center Managing PROCESS, TOOLS & APPLICATIONS along with VISIBILITY in the organization.
Monitor programs for Real Time Adherence, Schedule Adherence, Work Force Management Functions, provide Tier-1 helpdesk support .
Work on application such as CMS, IEX,IMDS, WFMnow etc. preferred.
Interact with Client Command Centers, Work Management Groups, Technology & Network Services Team.
