Job description:
Understand the client's requirements. 
Calling job seekers and taking telephonic rounds. 
Guiding the job seekers towards selection process. 
Brush-up the job seekers on interview rounds 
Should be highly motivated and a go getter. 
Discuss the job opportunity with prospective candidates and assess the competencies, ascertain if the candidate's interest levels, and perform all other required fitment checks.
