Experience : 0-3 Years

Desired Profile :
* Should have minimum 0-3 Years of proven system development experience using Structured Method
* Should have good experience of working in project teams
* Should be desired to stay abreast of new QA Tools and Methodologies

Required Skills :
* should have good verbel and written skills
* Should have good organization & planning skills, capable of managing own workload
* Should be able to work under pressure & multitask while remaining professional and courteous
* Should be exceptional ability to analyze requirements / problems and propose innovative but workable solutions
* should be flexible, open minded and wiling to listen for other opinions
* Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate over phones and via emails with a variety of individuals at all technical levels are required
