Roles & Responsibilities :
The Candidate would be involved in answering questions and responding to customer requirements via Calls and emails.
The Candidate would be required to utilize the product, technology, industry and/or services skills to identify problems which may be related to Software Downloads, or any other issue with IBM’s Software delivery tool.
The Candidate would be required to guide the customer, advising on potential resolutions, and play a Key role in overall customer satisfaction.
Skills Required :
The Candidate should possess proven communication skills & flexible to work in shifts
The Candidate should possess basic knowledge of MS Office
The Candidate should be proficient with Computers
